A deposit of 30% of the total booking
with credit card details is required to confirm your reservation. We accept Eftpos, bank cheque, MasterCard,
Visa and Amex.
Kaimata Retreat is a small exclusive Retreat located on the more remote
part of the Otago Peninsula and cancellations do have a serious
impact on us.
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival
date incurs a 30% forfeit of the total booking price.
Cancellation within 7 days of arrival date incurs a 100%
forfeit of one night’s rate.
Cancellation within 2 days of arrival date or a no
show incurs a 100% forfeit of the total booking price.
Additional Services confirmed at time of reservation and cancelled as above incur a 40%
forfeit of the total service price.
We highly recommend guests
arrange travel insurance in the case of
unforeseen cancellations.
